You will assist in transactions, reporting, and policy compliance while collaborating with internal departments. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, is proficient in Excel, and brings strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports and reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor and verify invoices, receipts and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Support payroll processing and government compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial transactions.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
