The role involves processing transactions, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure policy compliance. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting and at least 1 year of related experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting or finance experience (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions (e.g., payables, receivables, expenses).
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, including bank and vendor accounts.
• Support billing, collections, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist during audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial data and transactions.
