Job summary

Lendi Group is seeking a capable Accounts Payable and Receivable professional to manage end-to-end AP and AR processes. You will handle supplier accounts, invoicing, payments, and mailboxes, contributing to process improvements as the organisation grows into an AI-native function.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Payroll and Accounts Payable, you will collaborate across finance and operations in a hybrid setup with monthly office presence in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles, especially AP.
• Highly organized with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end AP and AR services accurately and timely.
• Manage supplier accounts and onboarding per internal controls.
• Process supplier invoices and payments; maintain documentation.
