Concentrix is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and detail-driven accounting professional to join our GLSS Global Intercompany team. Reporting directly to the GLSS Supervisor, Accounting, this role is responsible for ensuring intercompany transactions are recorded accurately, reconciliations are completed timely and in compliance with SOX controls, and financial reporting requirements are consistently met.

Responsibilities
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end book closing activities accurately and on schedule
- Prepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations with a high standard of quality, ensuring compliance with SOX requirements and timely resolution of open items
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for a range of operational transactions, including:
- Intercompany cross charges
- Cash settlements for intercompany trade
- Intercompany loans and related interest
- Netting settlements
- Intercompany interest accruals
- Generate, review, and distribute accurate intercompany reports to relevant stakeholders within required timelines
- Perform detailed accounting analysis for intercompany AR/AP, loans, and interest transactions
- Investigate, identify, and resolve accounting variances, including foreign exchange-related differences impacting intercompany balances across affiliates
- Provide timely, accurate, and relevant accounting information to stakeholders, customers, and controllers as needed
- Partner with and support cross-functional teams on accounting matters, including:
- Fixed Assets
- Intercompany
- Finance
- Controllership
- Payroll
- HR
- Treasury
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Review financial reports, identify variances, and provide clear explanations and supporting analysis
- Prepare ad hoc and recurring accounting analyses and reports to support decision-making and business requirements
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, improve output quality, and increase stakeholder satisfaction
- Ensure all assigned processes remain aligned with global standards, internal controls, and SOX compliance requirements
- Meet or exceed established performance scorecard targets
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Core GL, Controllership, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Employee Expenses, AP, and AR teams
- Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required schedules, analysis, and documentation
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- At least 1–2 years of hands‑on intercompany accounting experience, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment
- Previous experience in a shared services accounting setup is required
- Strong knowledge of core accounting processes, including:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Intercompany accounting
- Account reconciliations
- Experience in month-end close, journal entry preparation, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Working knowledge of SOX controls and compliance expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- High attention to detail with a disciplined, structured, and methodical approach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality output consistently
