RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Providing full range of support for bookkeeping, tax, audit, banking, administration, and related services to the Company and its clients, ensuring accuracy for all reports and performing detailed checks of all data at all times;
2. Updating superior of work performed, including difficulties and identified issues;
3. Document management and filing, and working in compliance with all internal procedures and standards;
4. Such other duties and responsibilities as agreed between the Employee and the Company applying best endeavors, skills and ability to complete all the relevant duties as may from time to time be conferred upon the Employee;
5. Faithfully and diligently exercising such power, performing such duties, and carrying out such obligations consistent with the appointment.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Accounting, preferably in Accounting and/or Audit Firm.
2. With background in customer/client handling is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Effective organizational skills and time management.
5. Willing to learn and a fast-learner.
6. Pro-active and results oriented.
7. Must have initiative, reliable, and thrives under pressure.
8. Knowledge in Auditing Procedure, Financial Analysis and Account Management.
9. Basic tax and accounting knowledge and principles.
10. Highly skilled with Microsoft applications (proficient Excel skills preferred).
