Job summary

ib vogt is seeking a detail-oriented Project Development professional to support wind project development in the Philippines. The role involves assisting with site activities, maintaining project databases, and coordinating permitting tasks with land departments and government agencies.

You will serve as the wind team's document controller, monitor project schedules, and work with cross-functional colleagues across Legal, E&S, grid management, and Admin.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management or with an Engineering background.
• English is the day-to-day working language.
• Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, land acquisition and related laws & regulations preferred.
• Land/property acquisition / development experiences preferred.

Summary of This Role

To develop and secure existing/new pipeline, this position will assist the Project Development Team with:

• The advancement of development activities for new wind power projects.
• Assessing and verifying sites fit for purpose from a technical, legal and commercial view and maintaining database of land maps, data, and documents
• Managing the permitting & approvals related to land, project development and grid interconnection
• Providing support in contract management and coordination with interdepartmental teams within IBV (i.e. Legal, E&S, grid management, Admin)
