Role Summary

Responsibilities

• To understand the requirements, configure the software to meet those requirements and provide ongoing support and training.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements for software implementations.
• Assist in configuring software solutions to meet client needs, including system setup, data migration, and customization.
• Assist in preparing for and presenting software solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill client requirements.
• Provide training and support to clients on how to use the software effectively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements documents, configuration guides, and training materials.
• Assist clients with resolving issues and troubleshooting problems related to software functionality.
• Work closely with senior consultants, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to functional consulting and software implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting or a related field
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in ERP end-to-end implementation
• Experience in ERPNExt implementation is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM systems, or other business software solutions is desirable.
• Experience with software implementation projects is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites as needed

Technical Environment and Additional Information

Career Level: Junior – Mid

Work Location: Makati City

Work Setup: 1-2 times a week onsite (Dayshift 9am – 6pm)
