Job summary

The Cathay Drug Company, Inc. is seeking an Operations Audit assistant to help implement company standards and support the Operations Audit department. You will assist in ensuring efficient use of resources and evaluating performance across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, strong communication skills, and flexibility to conduct field audits nationwide. Prior field auditing experience is a plus and may lead to development opportunities within the

• Good scholastic records and strong communication skills.
• Willing to conduct field audits anywhere in the Philippines; 2+ years in field auditing is a plus.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist the Operations Audit department in the implementation of company standards so that other members of the organization can effectively discharge their responsibilities, efficiently utilize company resources, assess entity’s performance, identify areas for improvements and make recommendations to improve performance to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any related courses.
• With good scholastic records and possesses good communication skills.
• Flexible to do field audits anywhere in the Philippines.
• With at least 2 years of experience as Field Auditor is a plus factor.
