Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Java Developer to build scalable, data-driven solutions using Java, multithreading, and Spring Boot. You will design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and data pipelines while helping optimize performance and data processing efficiency.

The role requires 4–5 years of hands-on experience, with familiarity in AWS/GCP, Hadoop, and Spark, plus strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Practical knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, SQL, transactions.
• Experience building microservices using Spring Boot and data pipelines for processing.
• Experience collecting and interpreting large datasets and deriving insights.
• Exposure to cloud-based data storage/processing (AWS and Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of big data ecosystems (Hadoop/Spark).
• Familiarity with containers, CI/CD, and production troubleshooting.
