Qualifications

• Experience in application support, debugging and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve application issues across enterprise systems.
• Monitor system performance and analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes.
• Gather and analyze user requirements and translate into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, implement and maintain enterprise and web-based applications.
• Support application updates, patches and production releases.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams and other stakeholders.
• Document troubleshooting findings, solutions and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve stability, reliability and performance.
• Participate in technical discussions and resolve work-related problems.
• Work independently and develop expertise as a SME.
