Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to collect their requirements, offer guidance, and answer project-related questions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering open communication and trust.
• Report on project progress.
• Attending meetings with clients and developers to share progress, solve problems, and adjust plans as needed.
• Manage and process emails and customer communications.
• Follow up and ensure project progress.

Requirements

• Open for Japanese nationals located in the Philippines with permanent residence
• Filipino national with JLPT N1 and N2 certificate
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information system, or any related course
• Has a Good technical background in development
• At least 1 year of experience as a Bridge Software Engineer or in a similar role
• Proficient in technical writing and documentation
• Familiarity and understanding of software development lifecycles
