Job summary

Shell is seeking an Analyst - Accounts Payable (Japanese) to join Shell Business Operations Manila. You will support the Team Manager in delivering value by operating and improving the Accounts Payable RTP process, working with CP, Business, and Finance stakeholders to ensure timely month-end close and KPI reporting.

The role requires Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, strong AP knowledge, and fluency in Japanese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge of AP process and systems.
• Can read, write & speak in Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve Accounts Payable RTP process and related controls.
• Escalate issues affecting reconciliation and KPIs; provide analysis to support informed decisions.
• Collaborate with CP Operations, Data, and Finance teams to ensure timely AP processing and reporting.
