Open to both voluntary and required internship (voluntary requires ≤12 units).
Full-time internship (3x onsite, 2x work-from-home, 8 hours per day).
Currently a top university student with 0–2 years to graduate.
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through groups or positions.
Able to work with diverse colleagues and levels of experience.
Strong analytical ability to derive insights from data for business decisions.
Eager to learn and adapt, showing initiative and flexibility.
Legally eligible to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver a business project during the internship.

The Dream P&G Internship is a flagship program offered to promising and driven undergraduate students interested in growing as a leader and getting best-in-class training with us for at least two months. You will get to join our Finance & Accounting department under one of the finance divisions (e.g. Brand/Region/Global Business Divisions, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, Sales Finance, Corporate Shared Services Finance, Research & Development Finance) and you will be given an individual business project that you will own, lead, and deliver for the duration of your internship.

You should have the right curiosity and the holistic understanding needed to develop new approaches to big problems. Your work will require creativity, innovation, collaboration, and leadership.

You must be able to commit a full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day)
You are a top talent, current university student that preferably has less than one-two years to graduate
