Procter & Gamble invites talented university students to the Dream P&G Internship in Taguig. You will own an individual finance project, gain insights across divisions, and work in a truly global environment with strong mentorship and structured training.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, learn advanced finance processes, and prepare for a potential full-time opportunity after the internship, starting January 15, 2027.

Qualifications

• Available to start internship January 15, 2027.
• Open to voluntary and required internship (if voluntary you must have 12 units or less).
• Must commit a full-time internship (3x a week onsite and 2x a week work-from-home, 8 hours per day).
• Top talent, current university student with ≤2 years to graduation.
• Strong partnership, analytical skills, and a problem solving mindset.
• Experience leading groups in leadership roles.
• Driven to overcome barriers to deliver strong results.
• Confident collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences.
• Able to derive insights from data to inform business decisions.
• Strong passion to continuously learn and grow at P&G

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver an individual business project from day one.
