Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented ITSD / Service Desk Analyst to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional IT support and service to our clients.
Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
Respond to incoming service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of IT problems, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of all IT incidents and resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT services
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes and procedures
Participate in projects and initiatives that enhance the overall IT capabilities of the organisation
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar IT support or service desk role
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve a variety of IT issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
Proficiency in using IT service management tools and ticketing systems
Proficiency in ServiceNow is required
Familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and network technologies
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Certification in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or other relevant IT support certifications is an advantage
