Compensation Details

Starting salary range of Php 26,000.00 up to Php 80,000.00 monthly, and the opportunity to move up and grow! we require on-site full-time availability. Our schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm US Central Time. We do not offer any part-time positions.

Position Overview

The ITM-Market Development Associate role at Evernest Property Management focuses on generating interest in the company's property management services. MDAs contact assigned leads, presenting Evernest's offerings and demonstrating how they solve the challenges property owners face. Their primary objective is to secure meetings with Market Specialists (MS) or Closers. MDAs are responsible for effectively communicating the value of Evernest's services to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts the initial interaction with prospect landlords who are looking for prospect tenants within our service area through cold/outbound calls, e-mails, and other online channels.
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities and leads within our sales territory.
  • Consistently meet obligations and hit the required metrics-based performance indicators.
  • Spearhead the qualification and closing of new sales opportunities and leads within our sales territory.
  • Should communicate between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs
