Qualifications

• Strong enterprise systems architecture capability across Microsoft-centric environments.
• Proven experience leading multi-system transformation (ERP, CRM, HR or similar).
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity governance and risk frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business insight.
• Strong change leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercial acumen and cost management capability.
• Experience managing MSPs and vendor ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to lift organisational capability and maturity.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise systems architecture across Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, HR, project mgmt and proprietary platforms.
• Lead digital transformation delivery initiatives and ensure measurable business value.
• Establish governance, architecture and standards for Teams, SharePoint, Groups and collaboration workflows.
• Own enterprise cybersecurity posture and MSP governance.
• Support global rollout of ERP (Business Central) and integrated systems.
• Define and rollout unified CRM model for marketing, sales and client engagement.
• Lead evaluation and governance of HR platform.
• Align technology platforms with governance, reporting and knowledge management practices.
• Oversee proprietary LSS monitoring systems and remote access governance.
• Define minimum digital competency standards and training programs.
• Lead vendor strategy, licensing governance and cost optimisation.
• Develop AI roadmap governance and risk controls.
• Translate technical risk into business language; provide updates to ELT/Board.
