The IT Support Specialist also plays a key role in ensuring data security and supporting the IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, networks, and hardware to ensure optimal functionality.

• Responsible for installing software, managing system updates, supporting end-users with technical issues, and ensuring data security.

• c. Works closely with other departments to provide timely IT support and may assist in managing server systems and network infrastructure.

Qualifications:
