Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain computing environments, assist users, and ensure data integrity across systems. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, monitor performance, and support Retail Pro and other applications.

The role requires work onsite at BGC, Taguig, with collaboration across departments and vendors. You will document issues, provide user training, and contribute to system upgrades and security practices, ensuring reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or CE or related field.
• Experience in IT support, software apps, system administration, or programming.
• Knowledge of Retail Pro (RPro) is an advantage.
• Familiar with hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and databases.
• Experience in data processing, reports, monitoring, and application support.
• Basic knowledge of software development and programming is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, apps, and systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers and peripherals.
• Assist in implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications.
• Process and maintain application and user data accurately and timely.
• Generate and submit IT reports as required.
• Monitor system performance and identify issues affecting operations.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity of systems.
• Assist in software development, testing, and system enhancements.
• Provide technical support for Retail Pro and related applications.
• Assist in software updates, system upgrades, and configuration.
• Document IT assets, systems, issues, and troubleshooting activities.
• Conduct user orientation, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT concerns.
• Assist in monitoring network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
• Follow IT security and data protection policies.
• Support different departments to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
