Job summary

MetroTiles in the Philippines seeks an experienced IT professional to deliver end-user support, manage servers, networks, and security, and ensure overall IT system reliability. The role involves implementing cybersecurity measures, managing access controls, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities include hardware/software installation, backups, disaster recovery testing, and creating user guides. A Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and at least 3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT support, systems administration, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and other common business applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users across hardware, software, and network issues.
Administer and maintain servers, databases, and applications for availability, security, and performance.
Monitor and maintain the LAN and internet connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
