Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer II to plan, implement, and deliver IT infrastructure projects for client environments. You will independently manage standard projects, work with distributed teams, and produce precise documentation to support ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on infrastructure project experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience implementing and supporting IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience with distributed or remote teams.
• Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting of servers, networking, cloud platforms, endpoints, and related infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting or project-based environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of client technology projects while meeting scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot servers, networking, cloud platforms, firewalls, wireless solutions, and endpoint management systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients throughout planning, implementation, and handoff.
• Produce accurate implementation notes, as-built documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Identify process improvements and update SOPs and knowledge base documentation.
• Proactively identify technical risks and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Provide technical guidance during project execution and share knowledge with peers.
• Ensure completed solutions meet client expectations and support long-term operational stability.
