Chevron Holdings Inc. in Makati City, Philippines, seeks an IT System Support Analyst – SAP Finance Digital Core to partner with Business Partners and drive SAP solutions for finance workflows. The role sits at 6750 Building, Makati.

You will troubleshoot production issues, configure SAP modules, and contribute to ABAP and low-code development, while collaborating with global teams to deliver secure, scalable finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Business, Finance and Accounting.
• 4-5 years SAP application operations support and project implementation in Finance/Controlling; S4 HANA experience required.
• Experience in ERP code development and other programming language a plus.
• Good foundation in ITSM, and Agile processes & tools a plus.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, analyze, coordinate, and resolve production issues.
• Gather business requirements with partners and map to SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP software to meet business needs or resolve issues.
• Develop SAP ABAP code analysis and low-code development; support SAP Security and CI.
• Collaborate with developers to design, code and implement custom solutions.
• Deploy these solutions to production environments.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for IT System Support Analyst – SAP Finance Digital Core. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Performing trouble-shooting, analysis, coordination, and resolution of various types of production issues
• Working closely with Business Partners to gather business requirements, and mapping them to SAP solutions
• Configuring the SAP software to meet business needs or resolve issues
• Develop technical expertise to be able to perform SAP ABAP code analysis and low code development, provide support on SAP Security, continuous integration, and automation
• Working with developers to design, codeand implement custom or complex solutions
• Deploying these solutions to the production environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business, Finance and Accounting
• 4 -5 years of SAP application operations support and project implementation experience in Finance/Controlling ( – General Ledger, Intercompany and/or Project Accounting/Asset Management) S4 HANA experience a must.
• Experience in ERP code development and other programming language a plus
• Good foundation in ITSM, and Agile processes & tools a plus
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent customer focus and results-orientation
• Experience in global team collaboration, in a multi-cultural environment
