Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring for a customer service role in Manila. You will answer calls, provide essential information, and assist clients with inquiries. Strong English communication is required, and BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory.

The position is onsite and suitable for candidates who can work within a 25–35 km radius of Metro Manila. Training and growth opportunities are provided as part of an industry-leading benefits package.
