Job summary

Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory Inc. is seeking an entry-level IT support staff to assist in installing and configuring hardware, software, and new applications, and to support testing of new technology.

You will also help release medical results and communicate with clients and physicians. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision in a fast-paced medical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, CE, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to handle both basic IT support and medical results releasing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Assist in supporting the rollout of new applications
• Provide basic IT support and assist in testing new technology
• Answer calls and inquiries regarding the status of medical results
• Release medical certificates and other examination results
• Coordinate with technicians and physicians regarding medical findings that require attention
• Consult the Laboratory Manager regarding sensitive cases requiring immediate action
• Coordinate with messengers for the delivery of medical results to clients
• Ensure accuracy and quality of work in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain good communication with clients and internal teams
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate superior
