Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to lead our information technology operations, infrastructure, transition of IT tenancy, and manage a small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects, migrations, ensuring system security and reliability, and aligning technology with business goals. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both technical expertise and strong management capabilities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

For GSI:

• Define GSI’s technology strategy in collaboration with the CEO
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software
• Ensure GSI complies with all applicable data regulations
• Establish and maintain GSI’s technology risk management plan

For Group:

• Participate in Group IT strategy development and cybersecurity initiatives
• Lead technology projects for the Group, including new software implementations, compliance activities, hardware renewals, etc.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing, Insurance, or Financial Services industries
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Information Technology role
• At least 3 years in a Senior Technology Management position
• At least 1 year of experience in GRC aspects of Cybersecurity
• Knowledge of frameworks and regulations for ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS)
• Strong influencing, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
