Job summary

UnionBank is seeking an IT Strategy Associate in Ortigas, Pasig City to support program execution and analytics for the IT Strategy & Performance team. The role emphasizes structured tracking, data-driven insights, and clear input synthesis for decision-making.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with 0–3 years in IT project coordination or related roles. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Confluence is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for senior stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Engineering Management/Business Administration.
Years 0–3 in IT project coordination, business analysis, technology operations, or related analytical/support role.
Fresh graduates with strong analytical aptitude will be considered.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear outputs.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence; solid IT concepts and SDLC understanding.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain detailed workstream-level tracking of milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues to IT Strategy Manager.
Coordinate logistics for working sessions, steering committees, and review forums.
Gather data, conduct targeted research, and synthesize inputs from internal analysis and partner-delivered insights.
Perform targeted analyses to inform strategic decisions across the IT portfolio.
Support definition of approach, work plan, timeline, and impact for new initiatives, coordinating with partners.
Prepare clear briefing materials and recommendations for senior stakeholders; assist in program reporting and executive communications.
