The IT Specialist role encompasses overseeing and maintaining the client’s technology systems to ensure smooth operations. This includes troubleshooting and resolving tech-related issues while providing crucial support to digital operations, contributing to the client’s continued technological success in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the client’s technology systems.
- iPhone and iPad (IOS) configuration and troubleshooting.
- Preventive maintenance of networking equipment such as Cisco and Meraki.
- Providing support for onsite and remote operations.
- Ensuring data security and privacy.
- Collaborating with the team to optimize tech solutions.
- Developing efficient helpdesk processes.
- Serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
- Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the clients' IT infrastructure.
- Monitoring and analyzing helpdesk metrics and generating reports.
- Preventive maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Documentation and implementation of technology projects.
Must-haves:
- Must be based in Antipolo, Rizal.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- With 1 year of IT work experience in a business environment – fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in IT-related disciplines, such as, but not limited to:
- LAN and WAN set-up and troubleshooting
- IOS and Windows configuration and troubleshooting
- Network printer set-up and troubleshooting
- Microsoft technologies: MS Office 365, Windows Server 2012 or later and Windows 8 or later.
- Experience in remote access and support via AnyDesk.
- Knowledgeable of data privacy practices and laws as they relate to technology issues
- With valid driver's license and own motorcycle for occasional field support, if needed
Nice to haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in BS IT, BS Comp Sci, BS Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiar with network engineering equipment such as Cisco or Meraki.
- Knowledgeable with Zoom and HubSpot configuration and administration.
- Experience in virtualization technologies to apply to hardware, software, memory, data and network.
