Job summary

Questronix Corporation is seeking a proactive Solutions Manager to bridge clients and internal teams in Manila. You will coordinate meetings, gather requirements, and convert them into actionable tasks for delivery teams.

You will explain IT products and train clients on systems, build strong relationships, and provide updates on projects and service requests while delivering actionable performance insights to account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Understanding of IT systems, software, and technical concepts to address client needs effectively.
• Strong verbal and written skills for explaining technical solutions in non-technical terms.
• Ability to understand and prioritize client satisfaction.
• Efficiently managing timelines and tasks when dealing with client projects.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and planning capabilities.
