Job summary

Gotyme Ph in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking an IT Service Management Engineer to join the Triage team. The role focuses on identifying and prioritizing IT service disruptions and inquiries, coordinating with IT teams to minimize downtime.

You will handle incident management across levels 1-3, monitor IT services, and contribute to continual service improvement. A Bachelor's degree in CS or IT and 2+ years in IT operations are recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or IT.
• 2+ years in IT/IT Operations or IT Service Desk related roles.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) concepts and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Windows, iOS, MacOS and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize IT service disruptions and inquiries.
• Coordinate incident handling with Level 1-3 teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor IT services and collaborate with Infrastructure and Global teams.
• Support continual service improvement initiatives and triage.
