Job summary

The Head of IT Security and Technology Governance at FWD Life Insurance Corporation will serve as the primary information security leader for the business unit, reporting to the Group CISO on a dotted line. This role drives local IT security, governance initiatives, and compliance with policies and standards to strengthen the organization's security posture.

The incumbent will partner with local IT teams, Group IT Security, shared services, vendors, and business stakeholders to embed security

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Information Security or IT Security Management.
• Proven experience leading Business IT Security functions and governance programs.
• Experience working in complex, multicultural, and geographically distributed environments.
• Demonstrated success in implementing security programs, risk management frameworks, and governance initiatives.
