Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an IT Risk Officer to strengthen ING's technology risk and control environment. You will partner with technology teams to implement IT controls, support risk mitigation activities, and guide risk standards across risk, audit, security, and technology functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in IT risk or audit.
• Knowledge of IT governance and risk standards essential.
• Experience with risk assessments and control testing.

Responsibilities

• Interpret IT risk policies and assist teams in applying minimum standards.
• Implement, maintain, and validate IT controls across systems.
• Perform ToD and ToE activities to assess control effectiveness.
• Advise on strengthening control environments and processes.
• Prepare risk reports and stakeholder presentations.
