Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an It Risk Analyst to strengthen IT risk governance in Spain. You will proactively advise colleagues, collaborate across departments to promote risk awareness, and develop clear IT risk policies.

This role centers on integrating security controls and risk management into everyday processes. The ideal candidate has extensive IT Security and IT Risk experience, with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CGEIT or CRISC being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT Security and IT Risk.
• Proven consulting/advising skills in Security and Risk; certifications preferred (CISSP/CISM/CGEIT/CRISC).

What will you do?

• Pro-actively advise your colleagues in the departments about IT Risk
• Work with other departments to establish a powerful risk-aware culture
• Develop IT-related risk policies, aiming for simple and strong guidance
• Challenge your colleagues about trends and developments
• Report on IT-risk themes for risk governing bodies, establishing an integrated risk view,
• Drive IT Risk & Security Control Implementation
• Think out of the box aiming to leverage new technologies and ways of working
• Design technical Security solutions
• Implementing one way of working regarding the implementation of IT Security & IT Risk controls within tribe.

What is a plus?

• Extensive experience in both IT Security and IT Risk
• Track record of consulting/advising Certification in and / or proven skills in Security and Risk (CISSP and CISM or CGEIT/ CRISC certification is desired to have).
