Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology, digital platform, or business transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder, communication, facilitation, influence and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating delivery across business, technology, vendor, and support teams in Agile environments.
• Ability to work with dispersed technical teams and explain delivery matters to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, coordinating business and technology stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain governance, reporting, planning and delivery controls; manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and dependencies to deliver business outcomes and ensure successful transitions to support.
• Adapt delivery practices to varying initiative complexity and contribute beyond traditional role boundaries to ensure successful delivery.
