  • Availability to start ASAP or within 30 days.

  • Maintain a knowledge base of lessons learned and oversee all project documentation and knowledge transfer to IT Operations.
  • Ensure technical aspects are implemented and monitored timely; provide updates and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with telecommunications providers and vendors for equipment acquisition and technical support.
  • Ensure technical implementations meet call center and business process operations demands.
  • Maintain cordial relations with vendors/service providers to expedite acquisition and delivery of equipment, software, and applications.
  • Collaborate with vendors/service providers to ensure smooth operation of company-wide systems.

Role: IT Project Manager

Lead and manage IT-related projects using Project Management methodologies with a focus on successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, monitor delivery, and ensure milestones are met.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of lessons learned and oversee all project documentation and knowledge transfer to IT Operations.
  • Ensure technical aspects are implemented and monitored timely; provide updates and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with telecommunications providers and vendors for equipment acquisition and technical support.
  • Coordinate with internal accounts/functions to ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Ensure technical implementations meet call center and business process operations demands.
  • Maintain cordial relations with vendors/service providers to expedite acquisition and delivery of equipment, software, and applications.
  • Collaborate with vendors/service providers to ensure smooth operation of company-wide systems.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in end-to-end IT project management.
  • Strong experience in Systems, Networking, and Information Security projects.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CPM, PMP are preferred but not required.
  • Very strong communication skills for a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in call center, business process, customer service, or communications-intensive industries.
  • Ability to work in different hours and shifts as needed.
  • Demonstrated passion for project management, positive attitude, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Availability to start ASAP or within 30 days.
Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
