About the role

Allied Fusion Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager and will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions for our client, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This is a project based employment.
Work Setup: Onsite (TGU Tower, IT Park, Cebu City)

What you'll be doing

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of OFSAA solutions

• Liaise with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers and IT support, to coordinate project activities

• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication, providing regular updates on project progress

• Collaborate with the client to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications

• Oversee the testing and quality assurance process to ensure the delivered solution meets the client's needs

• Provide post-implementation support and knowledge transfer to the client's IT team

What we're looking for

• at least 2 years proven experience as an OFSAA ProgramManager or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering complex IT projects

• Extensive knowledge of the OFSAA suite of applications and their implementation

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets and resources, and track progress

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and the ability to adapt your approach to suit the project requirements

• Solid understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration

Salary: Php 200,000 package
