Responsibilities include handling IT infrastructure for new stores and managing information systems securely. • Technically knowledgeable in common network hardware and software systems.
• Experience with cabling design for CCTV, AV systems, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any IT related course, i.e., Engineering, Computer Science

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an IT Operations Specialist-Infrastructure or in a similar role.

• Technically knowledgeable in most common hardware and software systems, network hardware, software and security appliances used in the industry

• Cabling design CCTV, AV System, Data, voice, knowledgeable with POS

Responsibilities

• Ensures smooth and streamlined flow and execution of daily IT-related processes required to run the Office and the stores

• Handles the IT infrastructure requirements on new stores or renovations such as structured cabling for voice, data, audio/video and CCTV system; designs office furniture for IT equipment; works with the contractors and project managers to ensure the IT requirements are met; coordinates with mall admins for POS requirements.

• Enable the company make their jobs efficient thru technology and to manage and secure the information systems of the company.
