Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related.
- Knowledgeable in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
- Preferably ITIL certified and CBAP certified.
Responsibilities
- Support ticket dispatching and chat support operations.
- Supervise IT Service Management Assistants.
- Manage and administer ManageEngine Service Desk.
- Handle enhancements for other service desks.
- Oversee IT governance and compliance tasks.
Skills
Knowledge of IT governance
Knowledgeable in ticketing systems
ManageEngine Service Desk Plus expertise
Familiarity with Microsoft 365
Education
