There are some scientific sources stating that online mental healthcare has been shown to be effective for clients who may have difficulty reaching person-to-person appointments with Psychologists during normal business hours, while decreasing the number of missed appointments for in-person therapy.

Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Position

The IT Manager is responsible for assisting the Head of Product in maintaining the company’s technology and platforms. S/he is also responsible for server-side web application logic as well as the integration of the front-end part.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Participate in the overall application of product lifecycle from concept to launch;

2. Focuses on coding and debugging and closely collaborates with the users;

3. Defines and communicates technical and design requirements and discusses with the Head of Product;

4. Builds high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future need and requirements;

5. Conducts troubleshooting and debugging applications and ensures timely updating of applications;

6. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and system administrators; and

7. Conducts UI tests and optimises performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree course, preferably Information Technology or relevant field

• Expert level of experience in React and JS using the Django framework

• Proficient in English written and verbal

• Must be a skilled developer with attention to detail.

• Minimum 2 years experience in API coding.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in React and JS.

• Proficient in Deluge Zoho and Zoho API

• Solid and Stable internet connection with a webcam and reliable mic.
