This leadership role requires strategic vision, technical expertise, and the ability to build and mentor high‑performing teams while driving digital transformation across the organization.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and technical support functions while establishing and maintaining compliance with company standards and data protection requirements.
• Build and develop high‑performing IT teams through coaching, mentorship, and strategic talent management.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and align technology projects with business objectives.
• Partner strategically with departments across the organization to drive digital transformation, system reliability, and operational excellence.
