Job summary

PSA Corporation Limited is seeking a service-oriented IT professional to join our 24x7 Enterprise Infrastructure & Services team. You will support Windows Servers, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and other enterprise services that keep our workforce productive.

You will partner with end users, lead infrastructure projects, and build dashboards to monitor service health, driving continuous improvements and smoother operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Engineering or IT.
• 1–3 years IT infrastructure and services support experience.
• Solid knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, ITOM, hosting (Hyper-V/VMware), Remote Access, UC/Microsoft Phone, cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted partner to end users - provide timely Level 3 support, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects - deliver projects that enhance the end-user experience and improve ICT service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement - identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and strengthen monitoring.
• Build visibility - create dashboards and reports that give teams better insight into service health and performance.
• Collaborate end-to-end - work with other infrastructure teams and external IT service providers for seamless user support.
