Job summary

CELESTIAL MEADOWS DEVELOPERS CORP. seeks an IT Supervisor to lead the CMT Team, overseeing technology operations and the implementation of Acumatica and other IT systems and policies.

The role monitors network security and evaluates operations against set goals. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in Communications, Media & Technology, plus strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills and knowledge of data privacy laws.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering.
• 3–4 years of related experience in Communications, Media & Technology.
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of the Data Privacy Law.

Responsibilities

• Develop, propose and implement procedures, standards and policies for communications, media & technology.
• Plan, forecast and monitor department expenses while ensuring budget adherence.
• Maintain, upgrade and install CMT devices, systems and networks for efficiency.
• Assist in vendor relations and create cost-efficient contracts; assess tech needs and upgrades.
• Ensure inventory management for all CMT tools, devices and equipment; monitor and transfer assets.
• Lead programmers and technical support staff; supervise team activities.
• Submit timely reports and analyses; ensure consistency of subordinates' reports and incident records.
• Oversee maintenance of office equipment and renewal of licenses and domains.
• Perform other tasks assigned commensurate to skills and training.

DESCRIPTION OF BASIC FUNCTIONS:

The IT Supervisor will be in charge of the CMT Team and manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of Acumatica & other IT systems and policies. He/ She will oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. 1) Policies & Procedures - Develops, Proposed & Implement approved Procedures, Standards & Policies on communications, Media & Technology.
2. 2) Budget Management: Plans, Forecast and Monitors the possible expenses of the department and compliance to the approved budget.
3. 3) Maintains Efficient CMT Devices & Equipment
   • Maintains, updates, and installs computer systems.
   • Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
   • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
   • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
   • Maintains and install computer systems.
4. 4) CMT Services
   • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts
   • Assess the organization's technology needs and making upgrade recommendations
   • Resolves all trouble tickets raised by all CMT users
5. 5) INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
   • Ensures that the Inventory Management Procedures of all CMT Tools, Devices Equipment are in place, well-maintained & accurate.
   • Ensures that all equipment, devices and CMT Tools are properly monitored, transferred and accounted through the
   • b.1 Accountability Form for new hires
   • b.2 Accountability Form during swapping or transfer of equipment/devices from one employee to another
   • b.2 Clearance for separated employees
6. 6) Management & Leadership
   • Manage & Leads the following:
   • 1) Programmers
   • 2) Technical Support
7. 7) Reports Submission Submits on time the required reports and analysis to improve the execution of the department. He/She is responsible in making sure that the subordinates are consistent in making their activity reports & checklists & Incident Reports, if applicable.
8. 8) Office Equipment Maintenance Safeguard the CMT equipment to extend its useful life beyond the ordinary wear and tear, follow all maintenance schedule to ensure all CMT equipment are functioning well. Assist the Head Office in complying the scheduled processing of renewal of licenses and domains.
9. 15) Other Tasks Perform other assigned task commensurate to your skills, training provided and support extended to carry out the assigned functions. Perform other task that may be permanently assign to the function.
