Job summary

APW Tech in Ortigas, Pasig, is seeking an IT Graduate Assistant to support IT operations and digital initiatives. The role involves reporting, data analytics, and administrative coordination on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Admin, is a fresh graduate or within 2 years of graduation, and has experience with IT/digital tools and data analytics. Familiarity with Power BI, Canva, and Creative Suite is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates who graduated within the last 2 years.
Academic, internship, or project experience in IT, digital tools, or data analytics.
Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Platform.
Create presentations, infographics, and training materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Support the use of AI tools, workflow automation, and data analytics.
Assist with coordination, documentation, meetings, and status reporting.
Provide administrative and operational support, including records and action-item tracking.
Support onboarding, workshops, training sessions, and other IT initiatives.
Perform other tasks and deliverables as assigned.
