Job summary

APW Tech in Ortigas, Pasig, is seeking an IT Graduate Assistant to support IT operations and digital initiatives. The role involves reporting, data analytics, and administrative coordination on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days a week.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Admin, is a fresh graduate or within 2 years of graduation, and has experience with IT/digital tools and data analytics. Familiarity with Power BI, Canva, and Creative Suite is a plus.

• Fresh graduates or candidates who graduated within the last 2 years.
• Academic, internship, or project experience in IT, digital tools, or data analytics.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Power Platform.
• Create presentations, infographics, and training materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support the use of AI tools, workflow automation, and data analytics.
• Assist with coordination, documentation, meetings, and status reporting.

• Support onboarding, workshops, training sessions, and other IT initiatives.
