Job summary

Payments Network of the Philippines (formerly BancNet, Inc.) is seeking an IT Governance Analyst to support governance, documentation, compliance, and admin processes across the IT Division. You will develop, review, and maintain IT policies, standards, and manuals, ensuring proper version control and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, BA, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT governance, IT compliance, or related function.
• Experience in policy and procedure documentation, lifecycle and version control, and audit documentation.
• Experience using document/knowledge management platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, Document360.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Maintain centralized repository of IT documents with audit readiness.
