Payments Network of the Philippines (formerly BancNet, Inc.) is seeking an IT Governance Specialist to support governance, compliance, and documentation across the IT division in Makati. The role focuses on policy development, standardization, and audit readiness.

You will maintain policy manuals, coordinate with IT teams, and assist audits and corrective actions, ensuring accurate records and smooth governance processes in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant IT governance exposure.
• 5+ years in IT governance, IT compliance, or documentation management.
• Strong technical writing, audit evidence handling, and process improvement skills.
• Proficient in policy documentation lifecycle and version control.

Responsibilities

• Support IT governance, documentation, and compliance processes across the IT Division.
• Develop, review, update, and maintain IT policies and procedures with version control.
• Maintain centralized repository of IT documents ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
• Assist governance reviews, audits, and corrective-action tracking with findings.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure processes reflect current systems and controls.
• Support governance awareness, training, and policy communications.
• Manage governance projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Provide assistance in audits, vendor contracts, budgets, and governance reporting.
