Join the team as an IT Deployment Specialist to deploy and maintain client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs.

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Deploy and maintain trial and production sites.
• Customize meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features.
• Update meeting information, logos, and banners, and upload downloadable files.
• Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms.
• Address support cases via phone, email, or online tools.
• Provide product usage and sales information.
• Analyze and route support cases appropriately.
• Conduct client training and perform environmental health checks.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies like Java and SQL.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules and work outside office hours.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
