Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Compliance Systems within Banking/Financial Services.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and data-presentation capabilities.
• Proven people-management experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Project management for compliance matters globally.
• Manage and maintain all IT compliance systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance systems.
• Ensure alignment of IT projects with compliance requirements.
• Assist in creating/enhancing transaction monitoring alerts.
• Analyze data for compliance-related matters.
• Prepare recommendations from collected information.
• Support audits and information requests related to IT compliance.
• Lead automation initiatives to improve processes.
• Coordinate with other business units on compliance matters.
• Ensure IT operations meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct IT compliance testing.
