Job summary

Creating Info in Ortigas, Pasig, is seeking a full-time (IT) Business Analyst, open to fresh graduates, for a temporary remote role. The successful candidate will lead the process of defining client requirements through interviews and analyses, create use cases and workflows, collaborate with developers to assess changes, and provide end-user training and documentation.

Salary range PHP 25,000.00 - PHP 35,000.00.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, MIS, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in IT business analysis with software development projects.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Preferably familiar with Agile ALM and SDLC tools (JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify and gather requirement specifications through interviews and business processes walkthroughs and analyses.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria for front-end and/or back-end functionalities.
• Coordinate with developers to assess feasibility of change and establish solution.
• Preside over requirements’ classifications with end-user and/or with internal teams.
• Conduct functional and integration testing.
• Ensure requirements are delivered and are client accepted.
• Provide training to end-users of applications.
• Provide and keep up-to-date functional documents and end-user manuals.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time (IT) Business Analyst, open for fresh graduates, for this temporary remote role. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent
