Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking an Asset Technician Specialist for onsite IT Asset Management. You will own the asset lifecycle from arrival to disposal, verify deliveries, tag equipment, and reconcile inventory, coordinating with couriers and suppliers to keep records accurate.

The role emphasizes accuracy, audit readiness, and opportunities to build AI‑driven improvements. Requires 2+ years in asset management or IT support and successful onsite work at IT Park.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in asset management or IT support
• Direct ownership of asset records, tagging, deployment/retrieval documentation
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance for asset handling
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Must be able to work onsite in Cebu IT Park on a fixed day shift (10:00 AM–7:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset lifecycle: deployment, replacement, upgrades, transfers, retrieval, disposal
• Maintain accurate asset tagging for equipment, furniture, fixtures
• Reconcile physical inventory with asset register
• Coordinate receiving, delivery verification, and shipping with couriers
• Document asset conditions and movement with video where applicable
• Develop AI-driven improvements to asset workflows
