Job description

We are looking for a Senior IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to join our Information Technology team and support ongoing IT Asset Management digital enhancement initiatives. This role is responsible for strengthening IT asset lifecycle management practices, supporting the implementation and optimization of ITAM tools, and establishing governance policies for end‑user IT assets across the organization.

You will work closely with ITAM product owners, ServiceNow platform teams, Flexera administrators, service management leads, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant, and fully integrated IT asset data and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with internal ITAM processes and governance requirements.

• Contribute to the design, testing, and validation of ITAM workflows, asset lifecycle models, and reporting capabilities within ServiceNow.

• Support the enhancement and stabilization of integrations between ServiceNow and Flexera, including asset reconciliation, normalization, and data quality improvements.

• Develop, review, and maintain IT end‑user asset governance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with ITSM practices and audit requirements.

• Ensure accurate tracking of asset lifecycle states, ownership, financial attributes, and compliance statuses across ITAM systems (e.g., ServiceNow ITAM/HAM, Flexera, Oracle FAR).

• Define and maintain ITAM KPIs, data quality metrics, and control checkpoints.

• Develop management reports, dashboards, and analysis covering asset inventory, lifecycle status, compliance, and risk exposure.

• Identify gaps, risks, and control issues across the IT asset lifecycle and recommend practical corrective actions.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Service Management, with a strong focus on Service Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog Management, and IT Asset Management. Technical Knowledge

• Proficient in ITSM platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Remedy, and Jira.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing Service Catalogs, particularly within ServiceNow.

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow ITAM and/or HAM modules.

• Hands‑on experience with Flexera or similar Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and system integrations.

• Solid understanding of IT asset lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and compliance controls.

• Experience designing or implementing ITAM policies, processes, and performance reporting.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and data management skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• ITIL certification or strong working knowledge of ITIL practices is highly regarded.
